Founded in 1995 by Trevor Armstrong and David Muller, Armstrong Muller Consulting was built upon the delivery of quality service for all clients in a professional, appropriate, and ethical manner. Since then, we have been partnering with a wide range of stakeholders across Australia to tackle intricate business and organisation challenges.
Armstrong Muller Consulting uses a sub-contract model whereby we engage a high quality team that is well regarded in their area of specialty and that matches the specific needs of our client. Our team often have a mix of professional backgrounds and qualifications, which enables us to focus on solutions.

Meet The Team
David Muller
Co-founder and Principal
David has specialised in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance since 1984. Prior to
becoming the director of Armstrong Muller in 1995, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG which provided him
with the foundation of expertise required to operate his own firm.
David has gained a broad range experience from consulting with SMEs, government, and non-government organisations since 1985. David has been Project Director on more than 60 organisational improvement, program evaluations and business planning projects over recent years. David’s experience has resulted in the development of extensive networks across Australia. He prides himself in bringing a different perspective while collaborating with clients to provide an outcome-based approach, tailored to their challenges.
