David MullerDavid has specialised in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance since 1984. He was a Senior Manager at KPMG prior to becoming a Director of his own consulting business in 1995. David’s particular expertise is in Strategic and Business planning; Corporate Governance and Financial Management training; Project implementation; Industry and Regional planning; Feasibility studies; M&A and Financial, operational and viability reviews.

David applies his experience across a broad range of industries including: manufacturing, professional services, food, primary production, Indigenous Communities (urban, regional and remote), water and tourism.

His experience, facilitation style and project management skills have ensured professional and timely services for all clients. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Len Owen

Len OwenLen finished working for the Commonwealth Government in mid-2007 after a career spanning 34 years, the last 18 of which were spent working in Indigenous affairs. In all he worked as a senior manager/executive for almost 25 years, and he has particular experience in, and knowledge of, high level policy and program development, property management planning (including land-based business planning and analysis) and strategic, corporate and operational planning. He has been involved for many years in delivery of a diverse range of government initiatives and programs to an equally diverse range of client groups.

Since 2007 he has been working as a senior consultant in association with Armstrong Muller Consulting, primarily working with Indigenous organisations. His particular strengths include property management and related business planning, feasibility studies in horticulture and tourism, economic development strategies and reviews of major organisations. Through both his work with the Indigenous Land Corporation and his personal experience in the rural and private sector, Len has a good knowledge and understanding of the rural and pastoral industries, and small business operations.

Tina Schubert

Tina Schubert has recently joined the Armstrong Muller Consulting team. She has had a long and varied career in the field of Aboriginal Affairs; and previous to this, in Aboriginal Education.

She has worked in both the Commonwealth and State Public Services, in a range of areas including strategic and operational planning, social justice and health/well-being, adult training and development, business planning, corporate governance, employment programming and evaluation, policy development and implementation: She has facilitated cross agency collaboration initiatives, managed numerous projects, and worked as a consultant for several firms as well as managing her own consultancy.

Tina has also been employed in a number of management positions in the field of Aboriginal Affairs, most recently as a manager in the Indigenous Education and Employment Program in the SA section of the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR ).

Tina has had a broad experience of the different locational and cultural backgrounds of Aboriginal groups and has been responsible for the development and implementation of a number of successful projects in SA, WA, NT and NSW.
